This handmade item deserves care and protection as you prepare to return it.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  If you need to return this item after the 14 days period, we ask that you email the vendor for confirmation of your intent to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes original packaging, tags, and purchase receipt.

If the item was damaged during original shipping. We ask that you send the vendor an email and photo of the item so that we may contact our shipping vendor. We will need this record before we can proceed with your return.

Wovenful is not responsible for tracking the item return. Buyers are asked to take the responsibility of ensuring their returned purchase has arrived at the vendor’s address.


Once the vendor has received your item, they will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the vendor will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment and an email confirmation will be sent to you.



Wovenful is a marketplace with multiple vendors. When you buy a product you’re purchasing from the individual vendor. Please do not ship returns to Wovenful, we cannot process them.  You may review each vendor’s policy for guarantees, returns, and refunds. This information is available on each product page.  Any returned product must be shipped directly to the vendor that sold you the item.
